Many times while searching for buyers I come across this situation that a buyer sends you an email with the title or subject line containing “Inquiry” or any other relevant word which gives you a gesture that you have got an inquiry and when you open that mail it has everything except the contact details.
2 days before, I receive an inquiry from an auto cylinder liner supplier of Ethiopia who was looking for some vehicle piston ring manufacturer who may provide him Piston Rings for Hino in the most competitive prices.
The order seems good but the he hasn’t mentioned his any contact details and I am left with his name and email only which was a “gmail” account. I replied to the buyer on the same email and ask him to share his contact details or contact me on my phone number so that the necessary information required by my company should be shared.
It’s being 3rd day today, and yet I haven’t received any email from the buyer and I tried to search his contact details from social media websites or through B2B portals but I couldn’t manages to do so as he has no appearance anywhere with this email id.
Yet, I haven’t recovered from this thing and another same kind of email fall in my inbox again. I don’t know why these buyers challenging me…..? are they really smart or the dumbest in their kind?
