VAGUE INQUIRIES OR FAKE INQUIRIES - AUTO CYLINDER LINER SUPPLIER

When we come to search buyer’s information and their lead on internet we experience so many times that the buyer’s requirement is unclear. Sometimes he might be asking for the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of your company then a question will rise in your mind that MOQ is fine but is he asking MOQ of your Product 1 or Product 2?
Today, I receive 3 such inquiries. All are asking for either MOQ or the price but no product name was mentioned there. I am working as Overseas Buyer Consultant of Union Auto Parts Co. Ltd and we are the leading vehicle piston ring manufacturer with more than 5000 products in our portfolio.


2 of them were from Africa and one was from Australian continent. I was quite acquit that Australian buyer would easily be understandable and it will be easy to talk to him regarding this but there are certain lingual and other barriers come in between when you call anyone from African or Arab region since the English is not so common and the accent is not understandable.

Despite all the things, I decided to call all of them. One African buyer picked my call and he was looking or auto cylinder liner supplier but demanding one piston, one piston ring and one cylinder liner for Toyota 2C Diesel engine for its own truck.
